Veneer Security Door

Description

Security door that is consisted of in total 18 points: 8 stable parts from the side of the hinges and 10 moving parts from the side of the lock. The moving parts function by the rotation system of the three turns which leads the overall functionality of the lock. Succeeds: Excellent levels of security and attack resistance, low-cost purchase, high-functionality systems and at the same time can be found in a variety range of colours and designs.

The Safety of the door is set by the lock which is made exclusively by SECUREMME. The cylinder of the lock is an improved version of the model K22 which offers a flat reversible key (with 5 keys inside the package of the lock, including an extra one –the key with the red indication– which can be used as a ‘master-key’). For better results and protection of the cylinder of the Door the defender of ‘blindo 4246’ have been put on the top of the former also with the signature of the Italian company SECUREMME.

The resilience of the construction of the metal part of the door is based on purely water-resistant materials in both the case and the interior structure of the door. The latter is based exclusively on the three vertical ‘Π’ (more about the anatomy of the Security Door can be found here). Succeeds: protection over oxidation and iron rust where the actual interior part of the Door can be used in any kind of weather conditions.

The insulation of the security door can be ensured by the application of the double seal in both the Case and the Interior side of the door. In fact, the Door is extra supported by a wooden profile (from the inside view) with excellent results in terms of the application of it. Simultaneously, the Design of whole Door as it is, is also boosted. The adjustable wind stopper helps in order to block the wind, dust and possible insects that might enter from the outside. The way it works is by automatically being capable of lowering into its lowest point when the Door close and to be able to ascend to an upper point when the Door is used.

The construction of the security door includes an extra bolt for offering partly the door to open to an extent and a panoramic peephole 180^ο  with the ability to give the user the vision over the outdoor area of the house without having to use the door to its full extent.

The three vertical (‘Π’) in terms of the anatomy of the door can be coved with ‘stone wool’ material for better improvement of the Thermal insulation and Noise reduction that the house receives. The actual filling can be achieved in every single inch of the interior part of the door with the only exception to be the first vertical (‘Π’), since the whole functionality of the lock is based in this one. Double Armour is added as a second layer of enhancing the levels of insulation. So in that case, a second layer of metal can be applied into the interior side of the door, as well.

Veneer texture doors offer the flexibility of a variety of choices and designs, giving the final touch on the door. Veneer wooden doors can be selected among our three different ranges of wood such as: anigre, beech tree and oak. Veneer texture doors can be either made by natural woods, formed by slicing thin layers of real timber, or by engineered veneer which is a man-made technique to be applied. The first choice offer bold wood grain and both of them can be found in total 20 available colours with 64 different designs in carving styles or 33 different designs (optional choice) by applying inox styles (we even offer a combination between carving and inox styles, although within a limited amount of numbers of designs). This particular style can create a classical atmosphere taking an iconic form over its final result. The interior covering of the Door continues to be presented into the available textures such as Laminated or even Veneer finishing.

The specific designs that can be applied on the door are either carving styles that can take different shapes and forms or inox styles that can be selected by a variety of styles and techniques such as: Horizontal/Vertical lines, Rounded and Squared shapes taking different of kinds of forms that we can use!

The accessories of the door can be selected in three different colour categories: inox – bronze – gold. Like that we can see the doorknob, the interior side handle and the rest of the parts such as the covering of the Night Block, the shell of the cylinder (refers to the inside view of the security door) and of course the Defender of the exterior side, all made exclusively by SECUREMME
