The lock CISA REVOLUTION PRO 56515-48 Italian made operates on a gear mechanism offering an easy use and a silent system that reduces the noise considerably. Burglary resistance of a double blocking mechanism also known as Re-lock, is granted. Four security points (even in some cases with three points) and dead-locking latch (on the top or the bottom of the lock) capable of replacing every type of lock with a centre of 60 cm.

The cylinder of the lock is an improved version of the model RS5, which offers a flat reversible key (with 5 keys inside the package of the lock) and a digital security card (SECIRiCARD) (for authorised key duplication only). This double side control cylinder (BSZ) allows the use of the lock even in cases where there is already a key on the inside view of the lock (i.e. two pieces of keys to be inserted at the same time), without –however– that to reduce the product’s safety performance. For better results and protection of the cylinder of the Door the defender of ‘blindo 4246’ have been put on the top of the former also with the signature of the Italian company SECUREMME.

RS5 is made out of brass with zinc alloy expansion bolts and carbonitrided steel pins it has a bitting system of 16 active pins arranged radially on five rows, for master keying. It is available with a patented key profile (key equipped with a newly shaped mobile element and a registered trademark; protected from illegal copying), meanwhile it is also protected against cloning (anti-cloning) by using a 3D printer, with a mechanical patent (PCT/IT2020/000042) and its reproduction can only be made possible by partners of CISA Solution or CISA.

The new brass made rotor that is applied inside of the cylinder, is clearly visible from its outside; so it acts as a deterrent factor increasing the anti-snap and anti-tear protection by 60%.

The certified feature of resistance to drill attacks is achieved thanks to the key bitting system in carbonitrided steel of 16 active pins, drivers and inserts.

Certified burglary resistance of 700 kilograms (kg) in tearing and +60% pulling due to its new patented modular system (PATENT:PCT/IT2020/000043) and the rotor assembly fitted inside. In addition, it provides bumping resistance (BKP) with a mechanical patent, thanks to the special driver asembly (PATENT:PCT/IT2020/000046).

The lock is accompanied by 5 flat keys and a security card for each and every extra key to be produced, by owner’s request, ruling out the illegal copying (SECURiCARD). For the very first time every single piece of key comes with its very own digital identity and every duplication is recorded and saved in the cloud. Activating an associated account ensured complete protection against unauthorised duplication.

Every single key has been designed in conjunction with the Laboratory of Ergonomics and Design at the University of Florence; a blend of Creativity and Technological innovation, a combination which is CISA’s trademark.
