Description

KÖMMERLING PREMILINE by the German-made PVC-U profile consisted of three chambers with 54 millimeters depth in the case and 80 millimeters in the door respectively. Engineered in Germany by the PVC-U profiles group provider ‘PROFINE‘. Succeeds: Reduce of consuming energy that can go as high as 35% and water-resistance, high soundproofing capacity, satisfactory levels of functionality thanks to its engineered sliding mechanism and at the same time can be found in specific colours (white or wood imitations).

Thermal insulation achieved by KÖMMERLING PREMILINE fulfills values of the frame: Uf =2.0 W/m2K, according to the evaluation of ROSENHEIM Institution, glass: Ug =1.1 W/m2K and air gap: Ψg = 0.041 W/m2K and can assure satisfying levels of thermal insulation in rooms that is installed.

KÖMMERLING PREMILINE is combined by low emissivity glass, of two options and filling with argon gas in the between. Improving the overall effectiveness of the thermal insulation. The two glass options are: Τwo seasons (low:e) for effective results over the two seasons (Winter and Summer) and Four Seasons for better results over the entire year’s seasons (Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter). It has been suggested that the high effectiveness of the glass can result in pollution reduction that benefit the environment whilst at the same time the consuming energy is also reduced over either cooling (i.e. air-conditioning) or heating process of people’s homes.    

The glass is made by  the French manufacturing company ‘SAINT GOBAIN’ with 24 millimeters size of double or triple glazing and depth of each glass from 4 to 6 millimeters, which can reduce the sound power of the source by a lot of decibel units with an estimation equal to 45dB (decibel).

The Safety of the PVC-U product itself depends on the functionality of the Austrian engineered ROTO ‘Sliding system‘ model mechanism. The operation of the Sliding hardware system is based upon wheels (runners) allowing the eyelets within the PVC-U screen to be simply hooked onto the hook carrier which leads to an improved usability. By combining a triplex safety glass of 3.3.1 (single or two triplex glasses per each door), we are in position to offer remarkable safety standards. The ‘HOPPE SECUSTIK’ handle with jamming device technology, offers a completely new standard in burglary resistance.

KÖMMERLING PREMILINE is a sliding system that operates using Two Handles. With that method, we improve the product usability, every time the doors are being used.

KÖMMERLING PREMILINE series by ‘PROFINE Group‘ is characterised by its durability and resilience over the seasonal climate transitions. This can be achieved by the use of both fine profiles and proper construction materials with special chemicals during the preparation work applied as a covering over the raw materials.
