Description
Fire Door with 60 minutes resistance to fire (60 REI) or 120 minutes (120 REI), which is available with its interior part to be filled with fireproof materials of the overall 50 millimeters thickness, with fireproof lock and handles. The Door is offered in a wide range of Ral colours.
This fire door is certified based on the UNI 9723 Standard, accompanied by a Sign with all the necessary technical assessments, covering all protocols of private and public properties, constructed according to the Fire Safety Protocol.
The Door (leaf) of the product it consists of an Electro-galvanized steel sheet metal, with the interior filling to be of fireproof materials with overall 50 millimeters thickness. The Case is of angular construction again using the Electro-galvanized steel sheet metal, in Z shape, with three “strongboys” in each side. Both the Case and the Doors are coloured using epoxic paint. This Fire door operates using two hinges on the door (leaf) itself, one of those can be adjusted for self-closing use.
The production of this fire door also includes a stabilising Bolt for the semi-stabled second door (leaf). This feature can only to be found in double door constructions offering an ease in the use of both doors.
The lock attached to the Door is fireproof, patent type, suitable for YALE cylinder. On the side of the hinges a stable point can be found. For protection against fire a Heat resistant tape is attached around the Door.
Last but not least, the handles, the rest of the accessories and the coverings are made out of 100% fireproof materials. The door can be accompanied by a special made Panic exit device.
